Problem with print

I recently got the A10T printer and the test prints turn out wonderful, but any thing I try to slice myself is a failed print. I included a picture of a multi color print I was trying to print it should be solid colors but they come out mixed (this has happened with every print I have tried) and at some point it just stopped printing certain sections. I'm using the repeater host with the recommend settings from geeetech. Thank you for any help you are able to provide.
