Hi can not get the firmware to load onto the A30 its a brand new board never had software uploaded onto it before is there something else i have to do before i can load the firmware to it? or could it be a issue with my computer not linking to motherboard with USB cable because i'm using windows 10 ...

how long does the update process take how will i know it fished updating main board?

Hi do i need to put a jumper plug on board before connecting the usb cable to computer?
